Wow… Um… For the order in which to route them its your own preference i know a lot of people who like putting crybabys at the end because if you put it before the volume pedal it will have no effect on the volume. So i would put volume first maybe the boost second then cry baby i think you should leave the rest for yourself so you can tweak it to your liking also i found it helpful to have 2 equalizers one in the beginning and one at the end to help give it that unique tone at times.
